Fate Hospice focuses on all aspects of a patient's life and well being: physical, social, emotional and spiritual support according to the needs wishes and beliefs of the patient.
We are currently seeking a good spirited and eager to learn Receptionist to join our team and follow in our mission.


This is an entry level position with room for growth, the qualified applicant will have a strong personal/professional demeanor, want to enter the healthcare industry or a recent Medical billing/coding or Medical Assistant Graduate.

Responsibilities:

• Answering and directing phone calls
• Customer service, handling inquiries, incoming requests and routing to appropriate staff
• Administrative duties (filing, faxing, scanning, badge making, general organization)
• Maintaining databases (data entry)
• Preparing and sending outgoing mailings and packages
• Basic accounting functions (receiving/checking invoices, creating Excel docs, QuickBooks)
• Monitoring and ordering inventory of office / medical supplies
• Attention to detail and accuracy is a MUST
• Additional duties as required
Essential Qualifications:
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Drive, QuickBooks and other database software programs
• Professional etiquette (Medical terminology is a plus)
• Basic accounting skills (Payroll / Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable)
• Knowledge of Administrative procedures / supplies / tools
• Current College Student or Graduate in Administration or Healthcare preferred
• Bilingual Spanish speaker is REQUIRED (Tagalog is a plus but not required)
• Have a current driver's license, car and insurance (some duties will require driving)
